Hi, my illustrator keeps crashing almost 3 days. Its crashing when i open a file or create a new one.. I've followed the steps that you provide down here which is using cleaner tool. Its still not working My Illustrator would not open so I uninstalled thinking a reinstall would work.

All my other Adobe Apps are working. Very frustrated considering I pay monthly. I would like to know if the steps suggested above worked for you.
